Flower Fields

Many years ago we stayed at a timeshare in Carlsbad California, perched on a hill above the ocean surrounded by dry soil. We asked what in the world was all the bare soil for. They told us that it was a huge field where Ranunculus are planted each year to cultivate the bulbs. Finally, many years later, we got to see the results! Joined with friends from the the Chile mission: Dennis & Margene Taylor and Keith and Sharon Brown to take in the beauty of 50 acres for multicolored, multi-petalled members of the buttercup family! Beautiful day!

We had so much fun. Next time we will have to take a picture of the winning hand.
The flowers were so pretty. I would love to go back again.
